Bought the game and the Vietnam expansion on the Steam sale. I cracked up when a woman asked me for help in exchange for gold coins and then, when I helped her, she said: "Well, I'd give you the coins, too bad this game doesn't have a proper inventory system!".

I liked that this gives you an achievement called "RPG much?" for completing all of the side quests in the game (this being the only one).

They have a pretty good sense of humor about themselves as game designers. I had a bit of trouble with the game when I first played it and it crashed to desktop. When I booted up again I got an achievement called "Crashed to Desktop" and I now have a spell with the same name that seems to make people disappear.

Haha yes. Crash to Desktop will kill a random character on screen (Including you, excluding certain boss characters).

Now there's a bunch of us with this game can we organise some Magicka party time? Note I don't have the expansion yet but I'm more than happy running through the non-DLC content.

I'd be for kicking back and playing some Magicka once this semester's over. Is there a LAN mode for it? I'm going to a LAN party this weekend and I hope people will be willing to play something besides Starcraft.

Its wicked good fun online, there are some bugs, but once you get it up and really, really fun!

Yeah, sorry. I kinda go into auto-pilot mode. I forget that I'm playing with other people. I tend to spam my AoE spells to get out of trouble. Also, I don't fuck around with namby pamby spells, I have the most damaging spells rote. So get out of my way, bitches be dying.
