I have to thank Rurouni_Fencer! I live in Canada and I can't get AMC thus I would have never heard of The Walking Dead. I just finished episode 6 and it's by far better than 90% of the shows I have watched so far. So thanks again.

Glad you liked it - it's criminal that there are people out there who haven't been exposed to it yet. For a pitch that has been done to death as much as zombies, this show is incredibly fresh! Also, don't forget that this show is based off of a graphic novel. Check them out - they're pretty bitchin' as well!

If you like The Walking Dead TV show, or you are interested in zombies at all, I recommend the comics. I'm not even a comic fan, it's just one of the best zombie stories ever.

It's actually much less preposterous than other shows of this nature as they try to explain every crazy thing the main characters do in every episode to create a semblance of realism. That's one of the show's charms, the main character's narration that usually explains most of the spy stuff he's doing.

Except that his explanations are completely preposterous. The entire premise of the show beggars belief. "When you're a spy, you don't get fired, you get sent to Miami". WTF?

I sort of lost track of V and apparently they don't show it on hulu so I haven't had a way to get caught up. V always seemed a bit hit or miss. I liked it, but felt like it was just missing a certain something to really make it a great show.

I'm always raving about Supernatural. Good stuff, some of the best meta episodes I have seen on a show and a story that is really rewarding if you watch the show in chronological order I think
