Re: World Traveling
I've been to Spain, France, Belgium, Japan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, USA and Canada. Spain and France on holiday, Belgium on a school trip and the rest of the countries on my gap year.
The time I spent in each country ranges from 5 days to 3 weeks, so I can't say I've seen a whole lot of them. I really love spain and its relaxed atmosphere (in the smaller towns, not all the big holiday resorts and major cities), and I loved the time I spent in Tokyo too. I enjoy being in a country where I don't know the language and have to try and figure stuff out, it's really fun and makes me feel like I'm truly somewhere new and exciting. When I was in the States, I found it all a bit dull as it was rather similar to being in Britain, only with a grid system.
I really enjoyed New Zealand too, I did a circuit of their south island, before cutting through the north island in the 3 weeks I was there. It's a really beautiful country, and it's got a very welcoming atmosphere.
Fiji was absolutely beautiful, but I got kinda bored being there for 3 weeks. If you're not the sort of person who can spend 3 weeks doing nothing on a beach, its perhaps not the best place for you XD.

If I ever mention Morning Musume/Momusu/Aichan (Takahashi Ai) and you wonder who/what I'm talking about, or if you're curious about who the girl in my avatar is...here and here

You need to get out of Kanto. Kanto is the toilet bowl of Japan.

Re: World Traveling
That's the plan during my next trip. Tokyo will be my "home base", of sorts, since that's where most of Morning Musume's events are held, but I'm planning to spend plenty of time in other places throughout Japan as well. If there's any places you recommend, let me know~hashiriya1 wrote:You need to get out of Kanto. Kanto is the toilet bowl of Japan.CatchFiveBats wrote:Tokyo, Yamanashi
Not going to deny that the second type of fan exists, but I'm not one of them...like I said, my favorite member is 24. If you want to see what the "pedobear" fans are into, check out Berryz Koubou or C-ute...although they've been around long enough that they're not all that young anymorehashiriya1 wrote:I don't know man, Morning Musume appeals to young girls and pedobears.

Re: World Traveling
I guess I just have trouble understanding how a grown man could watch that and just be like "....nice. This is great music." I dunno.
I guess that sentiment could be applied to anything though.

I'm more about getting to know my favorite member and supporting her, etc etc. The music is an excellent means to do that, and I love their releases, but the most important thing is undoubtedly her.CatchFiveBats wrote:...I stopped being into it for the music a long time ago. Not that I dislike their music, but it's no longer a major factor of my interest in the group.
