You can start by explaining this abomination. What possessed you to do such a thing? Do you basically map all movement to the mouse and all actions to the keyboard?

Thats not that uncommon. Alot of Quake players still use the right click move setup. The first people I heard of using it were Descent players who could not afford a stick or yoke.

I basically came up with it when I was playing Quake 2 at a LAN and realized that just using the arrow keys wouldn't cut it if I wanted to stay competitive. I'd need to use the mouse to look around and I built a control scheme from scratch based on that.
S and G are strafe
D and F are move back (just F if I can't map two keys to one action)
Mouse 1 fire
Mouse 2 move forward
Space jump
W crouch
E use
R reload
T secondary fire
Y, H, A, Q, B, Z are my most commonly used extra function keys, in order of their use.

Control schemes like this are why i don't play many PC games XD.
Sure it's a custom setup, but trying to find a way to rest my hand on those keys felt so uncomfortable to me (I'm not touch typist, i use just my index fingers XD). I'd spend half my time looking at the keyboard to figure what button I was pressing.
I would never have taken you for an ESDFG player Popo. Most of them that I know are either hardcore Tribes or Mechwarrior players or for lack of a better word, elitist dicks.
Like I said, I originally made it up when I switched from arrow keys + space and ctrl to mouse and keyboard. It gives me a ton of easy real estate for secondary functions with only X and C being cumbersome to hit. There are a few games that I will use a WADS scheme on, namely KOTOR, Gears, and WoW. I think KOTOR didn't let me change the keys, WoW was a similar turn based fare so I didn't need the easy familiarity of my normal control scheme, and I think Gears was also a pain to try and configure how I normally do things. But other TPS, like Max Payne and Monday Night Combat I use this same config on.
And I do enjoy me some Mechwarrior, though I can't claim I'm hardcore.
