Gmail troubles.

Post by Ack »

Hey guys, I've been noticing for the last week or so that Gmail has become REALLY sluggish. At first I suspected it was Firefox, but it's not giving me trouble on any other websites. Anybody know if there's something up with Google?

No problems here. I actually had a international chat this morning with a client in Australia and it went off without a hitch (or should that be glitch?).

If anything ever seems sluggish on my pc (from email to programs) I run combofix. Not 100% sure what it does, but it seems to work.

Gmail has been fine for me today. My best suggestion is to contact Google tech support.

I use gmail several times a day everyday. I haven't encountered anything out of the ordinary.

Same as others have said, no trouble with mine and I stay logged in all day at work.

lol @ jfrost, only because i read this thread as "girl troubles" initially.

i was having some performance issues with a lot of sites in firefox (this one included) and i switched to chrome, which has been alright, but lately it's been deleting any stored cookies i have so i have to log in each time i visit a website i should be constantly logged into. might go back to safari. haven't thought about opera yet.

Chrome works well but I do agree that it seems to delete cookies for certain site occasionally which forces me to login again. Annoying.
