Masaya/NCS is one of my favorite game companies. From Assault Suits Valken on the Super Famicom to Macross Love Song on the PC Engine, I love that company and just looking at their logo's graphic design makes me full of nostalgia.
This is probably another project that may never get off the ground (like my own PC Engine page), but I am interested in putting together a site dedicated to Masaya. Unlike other companies like Falcom, information on Masaya is very hard to come by.
I would like to start out simple at first, and I would like help from others, especially all of you on this site. I want to at least come up with a list of all Masaya/NCS games, like Langrisser, the PCE Macross games, Assault Suits Valken, Assault Suits Leynos, the Ranma 1/2 games, and anything else people can name.
I was only able to find this Langrisser fan forum, but that's about it. It has a section for discussing other Masaya games. I should create a login for that website to see if I can get some involvement from that forum, too.
So what are some great Masaya games? I want to be as comprehensive as possible.
Any interest in creating a Masaya fansite?

Here's a preliminary page I just threw together. What I'd like to do is make each of these games linkable to their own page that would show a cover scan (if available), some screenshots, and some mini info about the game. I have yet to verify some of this information.

Well I'm a big Ranma nerd, so regarding those games:
First, for the Mega Drive game... I've never heard of the name "Hakuran Ai Uta" before, and looking it up yields only its presence on this list.
I thought it was called "Byakuran Aika". At least, that's what it says over at Ranma 1/2 Perfect Edition. Of course, now that I think about it, they do sound similar, and its not like I know Japanese to be sure about it. Maybe its a translation thing.
I'm not demanding you change it or anything, I'm just wondering where it came from.
Second, I believe the PC Engine list is missing one Ranma game: Toraware no Hayayome.
Its one of those interactive comic type games, but Masaya did make it.
Also, I think it would be worth making a distinction between Mega Drive and Mega CD on the list. The Ranma game, for instance, is Mega CD.
The list is a good idea. I'd like to see it all come together the way you envision.

Here's an update. I haven't touched the page since I added the first basic page with a list of games until today. I've changed the names of some of the games where there were misspelling errors and such, and I've added a whole lot more. It's still pretty bare bones, but I've started creating individual pages for the games with box scans and some screen shots. Here's what I have so far:
http://stevethefish.net/masaya/index.htm
You'll notice that names of games have been corrected (I got the original list of games from somebody on a Langrisser forum), I have created new categories such as Game Gear, PS2, etc, and I've separated the Mega Drive and Mega CD games into two separate categories (the list originator did not do that, and I've been doing a lot of research).
It's taking a lot of time to slowly build this page, and I've been discovering new games to add to the list while searching Japanese websites. Gamefaqs.com has an NCS listing of games too. I've found a lot of games this way. I'm learning a lot about this company! Big thanks to Segagaga Domain, the PC Engine Software Bible, and Gamengai.com for the use of images and such!
