Final Fantasy Adventure (as already mentioned)
Metroid II Title (53 seconds into it, sounds like "Pachelbel canon" music)
Batman (Title and level 1)
Castlevania: The Adventure (and sequel of course)
Tetris
Kirby's Dreamland
And here's some games that were ports/sequels from other Nintendo systems (with similar good music from their parents)
Donkey Kong Land
Mega Man 1,3,4
Duck Tales
Darkwing Duck
Operation C
Jurassic Park
