Get Konjak motivated to finish this game!

Konjak is a reasonably well known indie developer that has released games such as Noitu Love 1 & 2, Legend of Princess, and Chalk. He recently put up this post on his blog that sounds sadly defeated. He has dumped out his game Iconoclasts while feeling unsure that he can ever manage to finish it. If you play it, you will see that it is a brilliant platformer and NEEDS to be finished!

This guy's got a shitload of talent. He's a really great guy, too, I emailed him a few questions about MMF once and he answered right away.

This wouldn't be the first game he's abandoned though, there's several he's never completed.

I know! It's a pattern of behavior that needs to stop with this game!

When I finished the extent of what's available for Iconoclasts, I felt like I used to when I was a little kid and my mom would get upset and turn the Nintendo off while I was playing it... and I was on the last boss... and I never saved.... and ... and... AAHHHHH!!

I loved Chalk. This guy is talented indeed.

Maybe he would benefit from working together with someone else. They could motivate each other and it may work very well for him. Maybe not though.

His games are gorgeous. I love them. I will be playing this "demo" in a few minutes. I hope things work out for him. Seems like he is having some financial problems. I'm surprised no other developers are picking him up for design or anything even with his "limited" programming.

He does work as a sprite animator for wayforward (or at least he has in the past).

I wish he could put up his games on Steam. Noitu Love 2 looks lovely.

Konjak's pitched a project to Kickstarter, apparently, and is making arrangements to take donations.

I should buy Noitu Love 2 to support him. His games are right up my alley and I'm all too familiar with the pattern of not finishing your own projects.

Wow I just checked some more of his stuff and he is really talented.

He is probably better at having ideas and drawing than on the technical side. Also his music is good but he apparently doesn't enjoy it as much as doing the other stuff. I think he should really get together in an indie team and see how that works.
