New Warlords remake announced

Who's it that's always talking about Warlords? I think it's fastbilly. He should be happy, then.

Atari announced another remake of Warlords for PS3 and 360.

Don't really know what to think of trailer, but here it is.

After watching the trailer I am confused. But aslong as they have a classic mode in it, it is an instant buy for me. I appreciate the heads up jfrost.

I dont mind the shine. I just hope they didnt add in commanding infantry WHILE playing Breakout. Now Ive gotta figure out how to add spinners to my 360 controllers.

So I played a friends version in two player and have some thoughts:
- Both classic and new modes of play
- Ai is terrible - one captured the ball behind his barrier on purpose
- Game desperately needs a spinner - classic style is night impossible to play properly, new is alittle more forgiving
- It is 800 points, so buy it when it is on sale

Do you just rotate an analog stick to emulate? What about that Madcatz swiss army knife joystick that was sort of mediocre at everything that had a spinner on it?

I havent been able to get one Hobie. And yes you do rotate the stick, but it doesnt work as well as you would think.
