Anyone excited for the RE:4 and RE:CV HD remakes for 360:PS3

Squad-based? Well crap! That sucks. I hate squad-based games. I was just going by what I saw in the pics. It looked dark, gloomy, creepy, and filled with zombies not some stupid locals with a squid-head.

I think the first pic there gives it away that this'll have a cover system.

Will the zombies eventually have guns?

The armor and all that looks boring to me too, like straight out of Lost Planet stuff. Yeah, they're both Cacpom... but sheesh. It's like Tetsuya Nomura character designs or something.

So this isn't the multiplayer Mercenaries I hoped it'd be? Well, that shatters one of my dreams. But you know what? I'll be a bit different and actually have hope for this game. I predict this game will surprise us in a good way as more things are revealed. Just so this game has a chance of being good I guess.

It looks like a more developed versus battle. The battle mode in RE5 was/is pretty horrible. I'm guessing Capcom wanted to continue the concept and have enlisted people who actually know how to build a tactical squad based 3rd person shooter. I'm cautiously optimistic about it.

Abosolutely not.. i have the original psone version and RE4 Wii version.... i dont need it again.

I'm not excited at all. I tried the first Resident Evil on the DS. Hated it. Tried the 2nd one on N64. Hated that too. I heard great things about RE4 and how it controls better, but I am wary of the franchise.
