Is it a good solution for GBA owners who have no DS?

maybe after loaded to the NOR memory with a DS they could, because after loaded the game can run without the slot-1 flash cart. Too bad I don't have a GBA to try it.

Are you just looking for a good GBA flash cart in general, or does the one you listed have certain features you like?

I've been using this for some time now and really like it...

Only downside is that you have to use an SP to load the games. I don't own a DS, so this was a good option for me.

I have found the above-mentioned card fairly affordably. So I'm wondering if it, in particular, is any good.

I've also thought about getting this, as an easier way to load GBA roms onto a flash card than my current Windows-only solution (I have a Mac) would allow. I have a DS flash card as well, but I still like using my GBA one to play on the my Gamecube's Game Boy Player. Anyone who owns this try in it a real GBA?

EZ Flash 3-in-1

Post by andymol21 »

This is my first post but I do own an EZ Flash 3-in-1 so I can be confident in saying this. Do not get one if you do not have a DS. There is no means of getting data onto the cart without a slot-1 device, such as a R4DS (which I also have) or similar. If you do have one, then this is the easiest means of playing back-up GBA games. But without the slot-1 card, it'll be useless. :?

thanks for the tip, this will be useful when I get a GBA and won't have to buy another flash cart.
