Nice. You'll probably enjoy the them, they're great classics.

Has anyone here played Lennus 2? (Paladin's Quest 2) Another obscure SNES RPG title that got translated more recently, kind of curious how it is. Just looking at screenshots of the game has me pretty amazed, the art is really out there.

Playing Shining Force III Scenario 1 for the first time. I'm on Chapter 2, I must say it's as good as it's reputation. I like it even more than my favourite Fire Emblem games already (although I haven't played the GC or the Wii one).

I am currently playing Grandia II and Record of Lodoss War.
I usually play two games at a time, not the same time, so when I want a break from the beloved turn based RPG I usually have a platforming game ready to go for when I get bored of grinding or not wanting to put in the time. This time I have an action RPG instead of a platformer.

Close to beating Final Fantasy VIII(as most of you know :])

After that I will either play:
Final Fantasy VII
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
Xenogears
or Dragon Quest IX/VIII/VI(one of them)

and of course start Valkyria Chronicles.

Suggestions on those up there?

I find it difficult to believe you haven't played FF7...

But anyway, I would strongly suggest Xenogears. Beyond the fact it's a good game, it's a landmark in console RPGs that should be at least partially played by all (as is FF7, I guess).

I haven't played the new Legend of Heroes yet, but I'm sure it's quite good, as they all are.

Dragon Quest... meh.
