Almost EVERYONE in my class, seem to hate the TimeSplitters games, main reasons being the storyline, and the fact that you aim like in Goldeneye007(N64) (Crosshair always centers while aiming manually and not holding the stick set in the direction you aim),the "Unrealistic" aspect of the game and the fact that it doesnt take itself serious
I really enjoyed The Last Rebellion on ps3. I certainly didn't think it was amazing, but I liked the Battle System a lot. People hated it and just slogged through it for the trophies I think.
In terms of old games, I loved Pictionary for the NES as a kid, and I still make my friends play it sometimes.

Also I enjoyed The Last Remnant... a lot. I don't know why though.
I think Sonic 3d Blast is a visually impressive game for the Genesis. I have not played it much yet, but my nephews love firing that game up. The controls take some getting used to I think.

I also like that game. In fact it's the only 3D Sonic game I've enjoyed (although I LOVE the 2D entries). I have to admit, though, that you're like the only other guy I've ever met that actually likes it too.

I love the series for everyone of those reasons listed. Aside from the aiming from goldeneye. It was visually unique, absolutely hilarious, and it's easy to pick up and play. Not to mention incredibly fun. In what other game can you and a friend be frosty and the gingerbread man fighting off hordes of mutant moose in the snow?
I liked Hidden Invasion for the PS2, but it has an abysmal score of 39 on Metacritic. They were dead wrong on that one imo. Tokyo Beat Down and Time Hollow got 57 and 64 respectively, and I love those games.
