I see a hot collection of VMU's, but this hot Dreamcast of yours is nowhere to be seen.

So, What makes it hot? Doesn't the fan work?

Indeed, I was expecting a pimped out Dreamcast with LEDs all over and some paint with maybe a bit of Dremeling thrown in there.

I'm with everyone else. You can, however, make it up to us by pimping out a DC now and posting pics.
