I think the DC is one of those rare consoles where 100 is not enough.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I felt the same way about the saturn, but we got a good start.Flake wrote:I think the DC is one of those rare consles where 100 is not enough.

What was wrong with these games? Unless it's just that you don't like wrestling games in general. Because these held up great against other wrestling games of the time, and RR had better graphics than most of it's contemporaries.elmagicochrisg wrote: WWF : Royal Rumble : Whàààt!?... Well I picked Tony Hawk 2 and I still think it is one of the best games on the system. It got a 10/10 rating almost everywhere by the way.elmagicochrisg wrote:
Anyways, I had a look at the completed list.
I agree with most of them, except for a few...
Rush Rush Rally Racing : Racing game with no car / engine sounds : EPIC FAIL
Gauntlet Legends : Meh, the original was way way better.
WWF : Royal Rumble : Whàààt!?... This shitgame in the top 100, but no UFC!?... For shame.
ECW: Hardcore Revolution : Whàààt!?... (idem)
THPS2 : Only with a DC to PSX adapter.

I always viewed THPS2 as the highlight of skateboading games. My personal favorite.Bradtemple87 wrote:Well I picked Tony Hawk 2 and I still think it is one of the best games on the system. It got a 10/10 rating almost everywhere by the way.elmagicochrisg wrote:

Re: Let's Name the Top 100 Dreamcast Games Together
I like wrestling games but neither of these games could hold a candle to that generations best. Royal Rumble in particular (although impressive in allowing 9 men in the ring at once) had some of the worst graphics and animations ever seen in a polygonal wrestler. It was also anachronistic in that it didn't have enough of a roster to fill the titular event's 30 man rule.BurningDoom wrote:What was wrong with these games? The ECW game was the same awful engine and lack of move selling as Acclaim's WWF titles. Neither game deserves to be anywhere near a Dreamcast top 100 in my opinion, they barely deserve to be in a Wrestling game top 100
