My Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete Edition - PS1 I got CIB for twenty dollars back in the day wins by far. Tried to get the Silver Star Story box too, but wasn't so lucky. Everything about that edition is awesome from the soundtrack, to the making of disc, to all the extra content added to the game, to the artbook, and more. It was just so much put together for the fans it's quite astonishing.

I'll have to kind of go with Czernobog there above for another one by Working Designs: Arc the Lad collection. I think the picture does it justice:

Did get the collector's edition of Lunar, Y's VII, and MGS: Peace Walker on PSP, as I do like extras for solid games. I even went on to obtain Persona 3: FES with the artbook and OST, as well as the first release of SMT: Nocturne that came with OST.

Heck, if SquareEnix was release FFVII HD remix with all the goodies, I may even be willing to spend USD $100 on it.

I really like the Devil Summoner 2 premium set... tho isn't that the ONLY version of the game released?
I have a ton of games listed at my store's site: Super Smash Video Games

My favorite was the Devil Summoner 2 set too. Great game and the plush+package was quite cool. I think you're right about it only being released that way.

Icewind Dale. Mainly because of the excellent Jeremy Soule soundtrack CD that's included in the set, plus I'm a sucker for cloth maps, which this set has.
