It's the sequel to Shockman. It never made it out of Japan.

The series is:
Shibibin Man (Japan only)
Shibibin Man (released in the US as Shockman)
Shibibin Man (Japan only)

Yes, they are good. A bit like Mega Man X, but with a sword (like Zero) and a few shoot 'em up stages thrown in. The music is incredible.

So by "Cobra" do you mean Space Adventure Cobra, the badass with the Psycho Gun arm? I have the first one, but I haven't worked on playing through it yet. I'm already playing a few other games that require translation, and I don't want to take on another project. Anyhow, the second game was released domestically on the Sega CD, but I have no idea if it was any good or not.
