He said he messed up, but I got it today and it is mint and comes with everything, essentially a COMPLETE game.

Saturn games get looked over quite a bit. There are quite a few good bargains out there. I just picked up a (hopefully) working spare Saturn console for $5.

Why was I the only one who thought to simply e-mail her and ask if she'd be willing to ship it?

I did, she agreed, payment is on its way to her now. Hopefully it will be a working unit. My Saturn works but is beginning to sound like it's going to give out soon, it'll be nice to have a spare. She said it is a working unit but we'll see when it arrives if that's the case.

Lot's of Craigslist sellers are willing to ship their items, you just have to ask.
