Spambots sometimes create their accounts and then update the signature later. Just google "katieek12" and you'll see a bunch of newly created user accounts in different forums, all pants related.

They're getting more sophisticated. They'll make a few nonsense posts to old topics to get their post counts up so they're not immediately flagged.
