Mega Man Powered Up (PSP) level thread
Re: Mega Man Powered Up (PSP) level thread
It has been so long. I will check later tonight or tomorrow. I think this Spring Break might be a Megaman Powered Up themed break.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
Re: Mega Man Powered Up (PSP) level thread
Okay, so I apparently deleted my MMPU data awhile back - I have no clue how to find any of the levels I made back in the day. All new levels, sure to destroy Noise's self-confidence, are coming!

So were this game and the X remake legit? I think I usually heard good things about them...
Re: Mega Man Powered Up (PSP) level thread
They are both pretty good but it is Powered Up! that really shines. Maverick Hunter X just shuffled the game up and added an extra character. Powered Up! not only remakes all of Megaman 1, it also adds two bosses, lets you play as all 8 robot masters, various different versions of Mega Man, Protoman, and Roll but also features what-if? storylines, a level builder, a challenge mode...Ryvius wrote:So were this game and the X remake legit? Capcom really outdid themselves on Powered up!

Yep, I think that officially sold me. Hehe, definitely gonna have to pick it up sometime.
Funny to think they probably could have gone all out like that with MM9-10, a level builder especially would've been amazing. But oh well, still loved those two!

Okay, my first level for the thread: Flake.Out
It's kind of short and rough - I haven't had the chance to pick up most of the premium level packs yet. This is built off of what I was able to get playing through as Protoman in about half an hour. The level is mostly straight forward with a few agility tests that I thought up as I went along.

AGH! You posted this while I was at PAX and I totally missed it until now! I'll have to download tonight. Can't wait to give it a go, man!!Flake wrote:Okay, my first level for the thread: Flake.Out

wow, Flake. You are a bastard! It's quite possible (and easy) to die the second the stage begins. Haha. Quality stuff, man. This will take me a WHILE to beat.Flake

This one is the exact opposite of Flake.Out . This one is what I imagined an enraged Protoman smashing through Dr. Wily's minions would be like. I call it 'Protocalypse'.

This is the level I made a couple years ago and is still my favorite to date. I put a LOT of work into making you think about your next jump and keeping the screen and crazy as possible.
Apparently, you can look up any of my levels by searching for this code: 44645843-000
...of course, all three of my levels are now posted here.

Protocopalypse is really good. Challenging but not mean.
Downloading Super_Guts now...
EDIT: Super_Gutsman is actually really good. IT's super hard, but I keep getting a LITTLE further than last time. Sort of like playing The Lost Levels.
