One of Racketboy's Hidden Gems for the SNES heading to VC

DoReMi Fantasy is coming to the Virtual Console. I found this very interesting given that I have always wanted to play this game on a real console so it will be a purchase for me!

That's really awesome to hear, and it's nice to see them putting out unreleased games in the US. Too bad I don't own a Wii, or even want one for that matter. I'm actually going to try and track down the original cart for this game while I'm Japan, and hopefully find it for a reasonable price. Great news for Wii owners though.

I think we all know this is a direct result to rackets list. There is no doubt in my mind.

Looks like mario....wearing link's clothes....and throwing bubbles....the graphics do look very smooth though...and as long as the game play is good then i dont care how similar the character looks =P

As long as it's better than Milon's Secret Castle was on the NES. Although I loved that game, it had some of the most annoying music and sounds.
Atari 2600 (AV mod), NES, SNES (region switch for PAL), Virtual Boy, Gamecube, Wii (D2CKey), PSX (Stealth V), PS2 (independence exploit w/ 160 GB HDD), Goldstar 3DO, Philips CD-i, Dreamcast, Saturn (racketboy's chip), Sega Genesis 2 + CD2 + 32X + Power Base Converter, Game Gear.

Sweet, Nintendo is finally toying with the idea of bringing over JPN-only titles to the NA VC! About dang time!

That was an awesome game. I rented that one all the time when I was a kid. :)

Got this game today (came out yesterday) and I have to say it is very fun, kind of a Mario meets Sonic meets something completely new. It is kinda steep at 900 points but that's pretty good for an import only title, but then again seeing how all of the menus are still in Japanese they didn't do any extra work. Speaking of that, does anyone know about the items in the in-game menu? Any item I shouldn't try out for risk of losing it??

AWESOME! I love this game. I've been playing it some on my emulator for awhile, and it's great. Love the graphics.
