Got an original Xbox, just the console, for $5 "as is" from Goodwill. Almost chose not to stop in because it was "seniors day" and the parking lot was packed. Glad I did, cause it at least powers on, so hopefully I can mod it into a bad ass emulating machine.

Tales of Phantasia GBA (they put a sticker over the label. The employee warned me it didn't have a label. When I got to my car, I peeled off most of the 3 gamestop stickers on it. Underneath was a well preserved l label. )

Game Gear with a Logic 3 protective case, Sonic, Columns, Jungle Book and Spider-Man. All working :)

Which leads me to question, are there actually any good games for the system?

Wait, what?
Disney games, SEGA titles, and an SMS-converter.

Latest spoils...

Everything pretty well minty. Glad to finally have James Pond back in my possession, albeit loose.

My continuing quest of acquiring Gamestop PS2 games before the covers and manuals get tossed.
Its Star Trek Fleet Week. Both installed in the PS2 hard drive and run fine with HDAdvance.

PS2 Star Trek Conquest - $5.99
I already bought Star Trek Encounters, for $2.99. This one adds a strategy option.

PS2 Star Trek Voyager Elite Force - $3.99
An uncommon FPS find, especially one so pristine! My favorite FPS game is Black using an EdgeFX. However this game actually supports a USB Mouse and Keyboard. The PS2 has very few games that utilize the Mouse. This game works great with my Macally Trakball. 8)

Still on the hunt for PS2 Greatest Hits Silent Hill 2. I found yet another Gamestop that has a Greatest Hits case with a Black Label Silent Hill 2 disc inside. This makes four Gamestops with a mixup of Black Labeled discs with a Red Greatest Hits case. Makes me wonder about something. I always assumed Greatest Hits discs have a RED LABEL disc. Maybe some had black?

Does anyone have Silent Hill 2 Red Label Greatest Hits disc?
Just to confirm do all PS2 Greatest Hits have Red Labels?
Note: Red Label at the "Playstation 2" logo on the disc itself.
