Which Sega 16-bit set up should I get?

I'd go for the model 1's all the way.. I saw a pair of model 1 Genny/CD today in a local store and it's much more aesthetically pleasing than my model 2 Genny/CD combo.
Not to mention my model 2 takes up so much shelf space...

Unless, of course, you can find a WonderMega.. That thing looks so sleek..

Not if I live in Tokyo. The price tag isn't cheap. It's at least $300-400 in most cases loose. $500-600+ boxed. Unless, of course, I like out at somewhere like Hard Off.

That's the European Multi-Mega. Japan DID NOT get a version of the CDX.

I'm late to the party here, but I vote the Model 1 combo.

It just looks damn good. That's what I have, (with the 32x) and I love it. The Wondermega comes in second.

I always thought the model 2 looked ridiculous, even back when it was released.

I'd say the Wondermega. Never seen that one before myself though, I had the JVC model. Physically they look a little different, anyone know if they were that different underneath/functionality wise?

It's definitely something I'd like to get eventually again when I have the money.
