One of the best and somewhat obscure platformer for the Amiga has been remade for pc and is free to download.

I was hoping this was about the jean-claude van damme movie. That was one of my favorites.

I never got to play this one, sadly. I also want to play more than the demo of First Samurai (and the sequel) and I really would like to play Odyssey (I tried it once but I couldn't figure out the start, which island to choose - the demo left me with a lasting impression that it was an excellent idea with a decent execution).

When i read the thread title, the first thing that came to mind was: "why would anyone remake it? Isn't it cheaply available on GoG?"

Does GoG have Amiga games?

Anyway, as I have not played the original, I want to ask...
How faithful is this remake? The gameplay feels the same? Same level design? Is it worth playing the original before (or after) trying this remake?
