Re: Let's Name the Top 100 NES Games Together
the more I think about it, the more I want to list the my own top 100 nes games. only question is what how. Should I do it all at once in one post or break it up, and if so in how many parts?

Don't let a technicality keep you from playing a fun game.
I'm sort of old school in that all the NES games I've ever played I've actually played them on my NES console. Not that I'm against emulating or anything, but just never been my thing.
I played Wai Wai World 2 on my NESl... with an adapter cart to play on the NES.

And since you don't like emulation, go for a Retro USB Power Pak (a bit of cash) or get a Famicom + game (pretty cheap).
(FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

I was more explaining about why I never heard of the game before. All that does sound like a lot of work to play one game though.
Not that anyone cares, but I picked up Kid Kool yesterday, so I'm up to owning 81 of the 100 games we listed.

I own 5 of these top 100 on the actual NES. I'm some way off huh?
I own about 15 if you count ports and virtual console and stuff like that.

Xexyz is amusing and all, but it's a weird ass game. You buy things with balls and save giant chicks in bathtubs.

Yup. Just like real life; at least for me.

Someone put the Uncanny X-Men on this list. While much of the list is full of win, that... "game" alone makes this list very mortal.
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

I put it on there. To my knowledge, it is the first game with forced multiplayer. Considering the number of high-profile titles lately which use the mechanic, I think it's worth a mention.
Systems: TI-99/4a, Commodore Vic-20, Atari 2600, NES, SMS, GB, Neo Geo MVS (Big Red 4-slot), Genesis, SNES, 3DO, PS1, N64, DC, PS2, GBA, GCN, NDSi, Wii

Sorry, bad terminology on my part. I meant forced cooperative play. If you play by yourself, you are accompanied by an AI player.
