I've seen them range from $15 to $50. W/out World, expect to pay probably 20 - 25. With World, expect to pay probably 25 - 35.

That price isn't so high considering what's on the cart. It's a lot of game for that price.

It's true. I just never think of snes games being worth that much. They're quite hard to come by most of the time compared to any other system when thrifting or flea marketing.

When I go to my local flea market, all I can seem to find for the SNES are sports games. They're only $1 but most of them weren't that good.
Atari 2600 (AV mod), NES, SNES (region switch for PAL), Virtual Boy, Gamecube, Wii (D2CKey), PSX (Stealth V), PS2 (independence exploit w/ 160 GB HDD), Goldstar 3DO, Philips CD-i, Dreamcast, Saturn (racketboy's chip), Sega Genesis 2 + CD2 + 32X + Power Base Converter, Game Gear.

Not so, my friend, sport games are plentiful, but I find every game under the sun at my local goodwill or salvation army. i just picked up tetris 2 and actraiser 2 for a measly 3 bucks at the previously mentioned thrift shops.
