Master System Software error

Master System Software error

One of my SMS is giving me a software error message when I insert a game and power on.

If I do not have a game in I still get the Sega jungle and instructions to insert a game and I still can get to the built in snail/maze game. The games work on my other SMS so I know it isn't the cartridges.

Any clue what would cause the software error message or how to fix it?

Probably a broken solder joint or dirt in the cart slot.

I was getting the same thing when I tried playing one of my Sega Card games
