Ugh that sucks. Hopefully since they were sleeping they at least didn't suffer. :(

I hate bulging caps.

Yeah replacing them is fairly trivial but removing the case and desoldering the old caps is cumbersome and annoying.

A wife that doesn't mind the fact you accepted friend requests from about 20+ ex gf's is a super awesome wife.

With that in mind, if she friends an ex boyfriend, I won't be happy.

Yay to double standards!

Watching a 50 year old die in your Emergency Room (and knowing that there is absolutely nothing you can do) is a really really really lousy experience.

How do you get even with your rude ass neighbors who play their F'N surround sound system when you're trying to sleep in your apartment? Play Xbox 360 (my game weapon of choice: Call of Duty Black Ops!) on your system early in the morning to wake them up!! :D
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!

Reminds me of when one of my neighbors was a senior in high school, he'd warm up his truck in the morning for about 10 minutes. Why his 'system' had to be cranked, I'll never know. I think I was 2 years out of high school at that time, and working nights, so getting woken up at 6:30AM every weekday was a horror. And he was playing that god awful type of rap music, so all I could hear was deep, pounding bass the entire time.

Perhaps you could construct a mechanism like this:
