Bad gaming habits

What are your bad gaming habits?

for me,in Rayman 2,the marshes of awakening,there are lums and cages scattered across the water,if i miss a lum or a cage, i will kill myself untill i get said lum/cage

-I mash the b-button in a pokemon battle,because it supposedly increases the damage

-rolling the controller cord around the controller,then when i need it,hold on to the plug,and let the controller just unravel and sometime hit the ground

I tend to pause a lot. I don't know why.

I don't know if it's a bad habit or not, but I don't bother with trophies or achievements. I just play my way until I reach the end credits.

Also, I hit the reset button on shmups if I die on the first level, even 2nd level on most shmups. For shmups I can 1cc, I reset on any level.

I do this with shmups I'm familiar with, but if it's a shmup I'm playing for the first time, I won't reset.

My worst gaming habit? Buying games I'm interested in and developing such a backlog that I only play maybe 1/4 of them.

My worst habbit is starting too many games, I eventually end up playing 10 or so games at one time and have to slowly knock them back until its down to 3. Then a new game will come out and it will go to 4 and the circle starts again.

I think some of my friends do this too, but a few times in the past I'd go like 2-3 hours in an RPG without saving, sometimes accidentally or sometimes I just couldn't, then I die. Not wanting to do that 2-3+ hours over again sometimes I just drop the game altogether and don't go back to it until months/years later when I simply start a new game...
