I'd do a +2 if I could because we actually did two transactions. I ordered some stuff from him and USPS lost it. After waiting for a while he refunded my money without any fuss. Then about a week later the package shows up on my doorstep! I then sent the money back at him. So at least we all got what we wanted and everything worked out.
