Re: Random Thoughts Thread
I think my launch Wii is starting to get a case of the pixels...
(FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

Not that bad. It's where the GPU starts to get defective and random pixels show up in places.SwooshBear wrote:Is that like the Wii's version of the 360's RROD?D.D.D. wrote:I think my launch Wii is starting to get a case of the pixels...

My wii had pixels on it too. But a prescription cleared it up for the most part. I think it was caused by lending this out to random friends:

not counting popful mail, dungeon explorer, zeldas, etc, that is the only rpg i have ever beaten (i think). i bought it very close to launch, so it holds a dear place in my gaming heart. it has been a few years since i have beaten it and the urge has struck again.

Good times man. Have fun. Nothing like revisiting an old favorite, that's for damn sure. The only thing that rivals the "aha" moment when you accomplish something in a game, is that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you realize you remember every detail of a game you haven't played in years as though it were yesterday.final fight cd wrote:haha

I only beat 7 one time, and I definitely enjoyed it. But my favorite of the series is certainly 9. Love that game. It's the only one I beat more than once.
