Forum Downtime Scheduled for this morning.

We will be moving to a new, more powerful server Wednesday morning.
Prior to move, we will be disabling the store, forum, and Wordpress comments. (Otherwise, any posts, changes, orders made on the old server after 9am EST will not be reflected on the new server)

These parts of the site will appear disabled to users until their ISP's DNS server has been updated to the IP address of the new server. For some ISPs, this can take 24 to 48 hours, but most users will see the new server withing a few hours.

For users that have a long wait to see the new server, a third-party DNS service like OpenDNS can be used (requires some semi-technical setup on their PC or router) to get better turnaround time for updated DNS info.

I'm just gonna enable the forum for now and let you guys chat for 12 hours or so...

I think the process was taking longer than they thought and then somebody's shift ended and they forgot to fill me in...

Most of the time these guys are on-the-ball, but I have a feeling I'm dealing with a new guy...
