For everyone recommending Sonic, there already is a Sonic the Hedgehog movie. I have seen it, and I'd give it a B-. From what I know, this movie is a series of 3 japanese Sonic the Hedgehog episodes put together, but they do a good job. And I like that the main antagonist is Metal Sonic.

I have the movie, and I enjoy it quite a bit. Doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see another though.

That's kind of the point. I enjoy real Chinese food, but I also really enjoy the bastardized American versions. I enjoy real Thai food, but I also like the food at a place like Mama Fu's or Tin Drum. I like real Italian food, but I'm also a fan of the bastardized stuff they serve at the Olive Garden and Fazoli's. I like genuine Mexican food, but I also like Chipotle and Taco Bell.

I'm a fan of bastardized food. I just thought it would be funny (and possibly lucrative) to not make any pretense of authenticity. I thought it would also deflect some of the hate that folks like you seem to have for inauthentic food. You know, that way folks like you can enjoy it "ironically."
