This lucky high school class had the leader of Valve software answer their questions about business. It's really interesting to hear some of the business ideas that come out of Valve. One idea I really liked was how he is thinking about dealing with obnoxious online gamers by looking at data based on how many people log off because they joined. They want to provide benefits to gamers with good sportsmanship and those that are jerks will end up getting more advertisements to make up the cost that they have on an online community.
