Warren Spector, the creator of Epic Mickey, is writing a new comic series based on one of my favorite cartoons from my childhood! Click the link for all the details and the press release. The series will launch in May.

Scottish Glomgold still looks weird to me. Since he was South African in the Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck turning him Scottish always looked weird to me.

Anyways, Scrooge McDuck is awesome. :lol:

EDIT: I just noticed how weird the nephews look in the second picture :lol:

I hope it retains the 80's style of the cartoon, and doesn't try to modernize everything. I think I would cry if Uncle Scrooge had an ipod.

There are still some that are 2. First issues from smaller names are a sometimes a buck. But yeah, it's gotten bad.

It's why I don't buy issues. If I wanna read American comics I read them in graphic novel, and even then they can be pricey. Perhaps that's why I read lots of Shonen Jump and manga more than American comics. Shonen Jump has always been 5 bucks and around 300 pages :D Compared to 3 bucks for about 40 pages. And Manga graphic novels are about 10-12 bucks usually for about 200 pages of the manga.

Yeah, I didn't watch it during it's original run either, but it's definitely part of my childhood. Not only did it rerun a long time, it had VHS releases.
