Man I am jealous, I am trying to play it on my psp [well my brother's psp] and everytime it gets to the first scene in the office the game just freezes/crashes I have tried multiple versions of it but no luck

Is it confirmed to work in general? Chipped Playstations are so cheap it wouldn't be too expensive to go that route. Somebody on here was selling them for like 25 bucks if memory serves...

it supposedly works fine. I have tried different version because i like the ability of having it portable where I can play anywhere when I can. I know a chipped ps isnt expensive but I thought you can only get the fan translation on an emulator? I wouldnt be able to play the japanese on a ps

FWIW, I played my copy on a chipped PSX. It's just a matter of burning the patched ROM back to a disc.

You patch the games image file, you just burn that image to play it on real hardware.
