Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Ever had a friend that "made it big?"

One of my friends is playing the Bonaroo music festival... weird because he was the wedding band at another friend's wedding last year. I've just had one of those wow moments.

My cousin has been on a bunch of TV shows. He won Keys to the VIP and the judges said he was the best they've ever had on the show. Some of my friends are in bands but they're not THAT well known. Just indie. One of my teacher's brothers was originally cast as Robin in Batman Forever but he had to quit or something. I think that's it.

A friend from high school won Australia's Got Talent with his break dancing crew, they also now release music (not to my liking though).

A girl I hung out with back in grade school went on to become a model. Nobody really big but still more famous than me.

One of my childhood best friends (and ex-band mate) has more recently become a pretty successful actor.
I see him on TV and the internet every once in a while. He's been in everything from a Kesha music video, to car commercials, to History Channel specials.

Pretty cool!
