Yeah, but my Game Stop is throwing out all the cases and manuals! They have a table up front with hundreds of disc only PS2 games. They're all very cheap, but all disc only. :( The sad part about it is they have the room. The could have fit a table up front that's double the size and just threw all the PS2 games in cases there. I know Mod Man said some stores are so small, they just don't have the room for all the games any way you slice it. But this store is HUGE, there's no excuse!

The shelf that they DO have PS2 games in cases are all more expensive. Like $7 and up.

I think I got lucky at this little Mall location Gamestop. They used to keep all the PS2 games in the back and just have a printout at the desk. Maybe the employees just didn't get the time yet to start tossing cases and manuals yet. Couple other out of the way Gamestops also have complete games under five bucks, a hit or miss.

Well at least I got the one Play N Trade close by, they don't toss manuals and cases. Though they don't have the biggest selection. I got Jak II and Quake III CIB for $5 each. I was gonna get this Terminator game CIB for $5 as well, but the dude couldn't find the disc at the counter.

This happens to me all the time at Gamestop. I was gonna buy a new copy of Wild Arms 5 and Record of Agarest War, but the games were missing from both. And then when I got Raiden Fighters Aces new, the case and manual were missing. I still bought it because I really wanted to try em out, but now it bugs the hell out of me

I'm going to be honest, but this game isn't that great. Or at least, the GameCube version wasn't.

It makes so very upset when they do that. I tell my wife all the time that it's just painful when they throw away complete cases with manuals. I wanted to get Flipnic for PS2 last week ($4.99 w/ perfect case and manual) and of course they couldn't find the disc. I came back a few days ago and flipnic was sitting in the front of a "$4.99 or less" pile on the checkout counter. Of course, I asked if they still had the case that goes with it and they were like we threw it away. :(

While Flipnic may not make most people upset, I really wanted to try that game out and add it to my constantly growing PS2 collection. In the end, it just makes me sad because at some point that game was worth more than $5 and it still took a team of devoted people to craft that game.

Anyways, Kessen II is awesome and well worth the measly $3.99!

I've been playing Jak X Racing all weekend and I got that for $4.50 complete in excellent condition.

Now is pretty much the last chance to get PS2 games before they are destroyed and gone forever.

It came in the mail, so not really a find. Cool nonetheless. This game is seriously awesome - better than the already significant hype.
