My girl gave me Way of the Samurai 3 and Street Fighter IV for PS3, which was very unexpected and quite nice. Planning to take her out to a fancy dinner.

I'll be spending the day thinking of a certain co-worker who has an annoying way of making nervous as hell whenever she is around me. Not something other women I work with can do to me....

Nah, I actually went for a drive today, did a few errands, read some Fables and will be watching Chuck and Monday Night Raw later tonight. Still, this girl keeps popping up in my thoughts lately

My wife and I are about 700 miles apart today. Later tonight we will probably watch Dexter off of Netflix together over the phone.

Note to those who have Netflix (at least in the US, I don't know about Canada), this actually works pretty well. You can have two people stream simultaneously, even if they're in different states. We can both stream the show at the same time. We pause at second zero or one, and then I let my stream start a second or two before hers. I then incrementally pause my for a few tents of a second at a time until the audio I hear from the stream corresponds to the audio I hear over the phone.

This is my first Valentine's Day single in about 5 years - I have decided to celebrate by taking the money I would have spent on a girl, and using it instead to buy Tactics Ogre, Dragon Quest VI, and a case of Code Red.

Really, I think I come out ahead here.

Single this year on Valentine's (thank goodness), and I think this girl is going to sit down and try and snag those final 10 achievements for Borderlands on Steam. So..close..!

I was going to see how much further I can get in Front Mission 3. God damn, it's a long game.

I think valentine's day is for suckers. Christmas has ended up having nothing to do with what it started (an ancient Roman ritual which has nothing to do with Christ, since according to historian's calculations he was born in the summer :? ) but at least it still gets the family together, and people donating to charity.

On the other hand, 98% of the time, lovers spend almost all year together, so why do they need a special day to celebrate their love? Oh yeah. To sell us more stuff.

This is the first time in 5 years I don't have a gf on valentine's, but every other year just to piss in this day's face, I never did anything on Valentines, but I did something special about a month before, or a month after
