As soon as i saw title of your post the first thing i thought was resident evil,no surprise to see resident evil in list.

You tube clip was so bad and made me cringe that i couldn't even watch it all.
They don't even sound like actors sound more like people they just dragged in off the streets lol.

Everyone always forgets about the English versions of Brave Fencer Musashi/Samurai Legend Musashi. I had to mute the TV throughout the whole game.

Yeah, Samurai Legend Musashi is the game that made me realize the legendary swordsman had Down's Syndrome.

It's not the perfect list, but definitely funny. It has a lot of obvious omissions, such as the horrible laughing scene in Final Fantasy X:

The laugh scene was intentionally bad, and at the end they start laughing more naturally because of how ridiculous they sounded. Was like that in the Japanese version too. Think this list was supposed to be unintentionally bad scenes.

Final Fantasy X's acting is certainly nothing to write home about by any means, but that scene that's so often used to show how "horrible" it is is always taken amazingly out of context.

Unfortunately that's what most people remember because they weren't really paying attention, and then suddenly you get "HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!" out of nowhere.

Also, this video could have used more "CRAWD HAS ADVANCED FORWARD!", Jill Sandwiches, "WHAT IS A MAN?", and "WHAT AM I FIGHTING FOOOOOOORRRRRR?"
