So I decided to make a 'blog', it's not really a blog because I fucking despise those sorts of things, so I'm just going to use it for posting interesting stories and things related to retro gaming and/or beer. Hope you will find it interesting reading anyway.

I'm currently shopping around for a decent domain, if anybody can think of something interesting/relevant I'm all ears.

If anybody is interesting in no-frills hosting for rock bottom prices then you should check out Nearly Free Speech.net. It's not for the faint of heart, just getting wordpress running on it was an evening of head scratching. I got there in end though.

Yeah I know, but I hate the whole blog movement of people who just talk about pointless shit. Or just regurgitate the latest news. Who wants to read that bullshit?

If it makes you feel any better my site, and this one, uses wordpress and is considered a blog.
It's all in how you present your material and avoid the "pointless shit" you mentioned.
