Another vote for Metal Gear Solid for the GBC.
I'm not a huge fan of handheld gaming but I really enjoyed this one.
Somebody here mentioned Resident Evil Gaiden as being fun? Which part of it?
I own it and have played it, but it's a poor game, imo.
Nice Resi Evil side story I guess, but the gameplay on the whole I found repetitive and quite tedious.

If you're in the mood for an RPG Dragon Warrior III is the way to go. The game is huge and I prefer it over the NES version.
