Pretty sure that is one of those hand-made things. I know NathanBarnatt's brother built one for a charity auction.

There was an official release of a tabletop Neo Geo machine that came with I think 5 or 6 games built in. There was another that I think had a few Taito arcade games. They indeed used an SD card, but it's encrypted, and last I heard, no one had cracked it, so you can't just load whatever games you want. I recall reading that the little thing actually had proper JAMMA hookups, so some people were trying to see if they could jam a real MVS 1 slot in there or something.

In any case, they no longer make it, and you only rarely see them on places like Ebay or Craigslist, and they tend to not come cheap.

Wait, when you say tabletop, do you mean bartop or cocktail? If it's the latter that is suspiciously cheap.

Nathans brother Josh built a custom mini-cab for the charity auction. it wasn't a table top at all.

Pfft, it is a short cab. Have you even tried to put it on a table?

No?

Then maybe it could be a tabletop. :P
