So I'm doing the eHarmony thing now...

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Yeah I'm feeling pretty good :)
And I'm trying to take things slowly as I ease back into everything.

My best mate found his lady on e-dating, don't know what site he used. Been with her for 3 years and they both seem happy.

So... I figured it might be worth updating this thread...

After going out with a few different women via eHarmony, I've found a keeper :)
In fact I recently got engaged and Sunday is the 1-year mark of our first date.

She's the perfect compliment to me personality-wise and is actually into gaming. She's not a hardcore gamer by any means (I guess I'm not either...), but she probably plays more than I do and enjoys old-school stuff.

She's also been known to lurk on the site and has been thinking of signing up on the forum -- lol...

Anyway, just thought I'd share in case anyone is interested :)

Thats great news. I myself have always been skeptical of internet dating for no apparent reason. Especially as my auntie and uncle met that way and have been happily married for 10 years now. Great to hear another success story!

Congrats! Did you meet her on eHarmony? That's where I met my wife.
