Well there is a difference between the worst game ever made vs. a personal pick for your least favorite game.
Most games that are considered, technically, the worst made are games I have never played. If I had to pick a personally hated title it would be the Unreal 2 port for the xbox. The characters had less frames of animation than those of doom.

I don't tend to buy bad games. But when I was very little I had a game called Basketball Nightmare on the Master System, and I remember it plain sucking. I've always wanted to play Carmageddon 64 though as I recall a review stating "squirting sulphuric acid in one's eyes is more enjoyable". I've played Superman 64 on emulator and it seemed pretty shit, certainly would have been annoyed if I'd bought it at the time.

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty for the xbox360 is the only thing springing to mind for me. Bought it from the bargain bin for a few bucks and regret wasting my time on this steaming pile of shit.
