Outside of MayFlash, anyone have experience with DC to USB?

The now non-existent MayFlash converters of course.
At the moment, I'm curious if there have been any schematics for such a device.
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.

It's out of stock on the page I'm linking to, but the 3 in 1 PC Joy Box has Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, and PlayStation 2.
