I'm currently writing about a little slice of retro gaming heaven. Will be posting it here when it's finished.

The old uprights are 10p, the newer uprights are 50p and the cocktail cabinets are 20p. I think I spent about £5 on Defender (10p a credit) alone trying to get the high score (I managed 32k which isn't anywhere near my best, but it was enough to get the high score on that particular cabinet).

I'd love to know what they have there, its very rare I find an arcade machine nowadays that isnt a light gun, driving, or music game. I enjoy House of the Dead as much as the next man, but it's nice to play an arcade game with buttons every now and then.

Can someone point me in the direction of an arcade like that in the US?
Why did Kevin Flynn blare Journey so loud in his arcade? Was he trying to hear it from the grid?
