I am able to get 2 domain names and I have hosting for them. Any ideas on what to do with them?

Just curious, why do you want two websites if you don't already have ideas for them?
Also, I've learned that you are better off focusing on one site than spreading your attention over two or more -- at least when starting out.

Well, if you are going to do a site, make the topic something you are passionate about -- otherwise, you'll eventually get tired of it and it will die off.
