Repair 360 with E74 error?

Has anyone ever done this? I'm not talking about temp youtube fixes or anything either. I bought a thin model 360 last year to replace it, and this old one is completely out of warranty, so I've been a little curious about opening it up and seeing what I could do, if there is anything that could be done in the first place.
