sega saturn 50/60hz help

hey,
i've had an absolute nightmare today. i bought a 4mb cartridge for my sega saturn to play xmen vs street fighter and it's been glitchy as hell. i have then found out that because i own a pal sega saturn it will glitch to hell because it's not at 60hz. so if ollowed this guide to try and install the switch myself - http://www.retrocorner.net/index.php?Mo ... h_-_page_2
now i cannot seem to find the SW4 on my saturn motherboard. i have a mk-80200a-50 model 2 saturn so i am assuming this mother board doesnt have this sw4?
if anyone can help me with this i would be eternally greatful, seeing as i have spent hours trying to get the goods together!
